Dydrogest 10 mg is an oral tablet that contains Dydrogesterone which is related to the category of Hormone replacement therapy. It is used for treating progesterone deficiency in women. Such type of deficiency causes premature birth or early miscarriage in pregnancy. Also, helps to treat irregular menstrual cycles and excessive bleeding. Help to relieve menstrual pain & treat the symptoms of endometriosis which is caused by the growth of the outside womb lining. The prescription starts from the day when the cycle starts.

Dydrogest tablet is used in female infertility to regularize periods, reduce cramps, and prevent heavy bleeding & long periods of bleeding at the time of the menopausal cycle. During pregnancy, Dydrogest 10 mg is prescribed from the day the embryo is transferred and attached to the uterine lining. The tablet is given till the 20th week of the pregnancy to prevent miscarriage in the early stage of pregnancy. Dosage can be up to 20-30mg a day (twice or thrice daily) as prescribed by your doctor.
