Description
What is Exhep 60 mg injection?
Exhep 60 mg is an Enoxaparin injection. Enoxaparin injections are low molecular weight heparin, which belongs to the category of drugs called Anticoagulants. It works by stopping the formation of blood clots. It also prevents the existing blood clots from growing bigger in size. Blood clots are caused by different types of medical conditions, leading to unstable angina, long periods of bed rest due to illness, heart attack, and blood clots forming in your dialysis machine’s tubes. A blood clot is a mass when platelets, proteins, and cells in the blood stick together.
Blood clots can occur in any body part, causing conditions including heart attack, stroke, organ damage (even coma or death), or paralytic attack.
Uses
Exhep 60 mg injection is widely used in pregnancy after successful IVF implantation of the embryo. In IVF, the enoxaparin injection prevents blood clots which are responsible for causing miscarriage due to blood clots.
It is sometimes used during dialysis, after and before surgery, or for severe chest pain (angina), and in some cases it is used during the period of Pregnancy. These injections help prevent the growth of existing blood clots. It can also be used to reduce the risk of blood clot formation caused due to prolonged periods of immobility or cancer therapy.

Exhep 60 mg injection is not recommended for use in patients who are bleeding heavily or have any pre-existing conditions (such as stomach ulcer or stroke) that can increase the risk of internal bleeding. It is also not suitable for use in patients scheduled for spinal injury or lumbar puncture.
